ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA TANI BAWANG MERAH DI LEMBANG PULU’-PULU’ KECAMATAN BUNTU PEPASAN KABUPATEN TORAJA UTARA

There are a variety of challenges that onion farmers in Lembang Pulu-Pulu, Buntu Pepasan District, North Toraja Regency confront establishing their shallot farming business, including marketing, capital, and farmers' knowledge. As result, the purpose this research is to establish strategy for improving cultivation Pulu'-Pulu', Regency. This study used qualitative technique with IFAS, EFAS, SWOT analysis. The findings plan growing Regency, 1) Improving quality human resources merchants. 2) Establishing commercial agreements multiple significant corporations financial institutions receive financing. 3) Increasing output Pulu'-Pulu' by utilizing more advanced technologies. 4) Using digital communication technologies broaden marketing network.
